Very hot day
Today I checked the car thermometer and I was little bit surprised that the temperature had reached 43 today and this is just the start (just warming up). I was feeling optimistic that we would have a cool summer this year. I guess not.
I still remember two or three years ago when the heat used to arrive earlier, sometime around the beginning of April. During that time the temp was already at it’s peak. That wasn’t cool at all and I don’t like the fact that you cant go out without air conditioning. The funny part of this story is that I notice many people with their windows rolled up using the AC when the weather is pretty nice and the air is clean. What for? Anyways it seems to me that global warming is effecting Kuwait and I don’t think that it’s a crazy idea. Maybe one day we will see snow in Kuwait!
Lately I noticed that on the Kuwait Airport website they removed or redirected the weather broadcast to a new website, which has made it completely under the supervision of the meteorological department. You can see what I’m talking about when you visit their website. I thought it was a good idea to have the weather news inside the Kuwait Airport website as it’s a matter for everyone who has any connection with aviation.
